Orders
are generally shipped out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If an order is
placed on Friday, item(s) will be shipped on the following Monday. Tracking
number will be emailed to the address provided during checkout. Please allow
3-10 business days for shipping.
INCORRECT ORDER?
Every now and then mistakes happen (we're all
human), but we do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. If
you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please email us
at info@secondtononebrand.com, and we'll look into it. Please include your name
and order number at all times when e-mailing customer services.
HOW DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS & EXCHANGES?
We do not accept returns & exchanges at this
time. All sales are final. Please make sure you have carefully looked over your
order before finalizing your purchase of our product(s).
